Notes
Usage Tips:
Do NOT overcook the rosemary on high heat. This will degrade its natural quality.
Use distilled water (versus filtered water) as it is free of harmful minerals and will reduce microbial growth.
Try to use the rosemary water batch within a week to reap its potency and benefits. However, if you are unable to do so, pour the mixture in ice cube trays and freeze for later use!
If using the hair rinse, use it at least twice a week. If using as a scalp spray, use it between washes.
Caution: Use your discretion and monitor your hair’s health if you decide to use the spray daily. If hair feels dry and brittle, skip a day or two of usage and or follow up with a good deep conditioning treatment to bring your hair’s balance back.Alternatively, you can also dilute the strength of your rosemary water by adding more distilled water.
